A naive man from Upper Egypt, Mabruk, is tricked by a cunning con man, Youssef, into buying the famous Ataba Square in Cairo. Accompanied by his fame-seeking companion, Mona, Mabruk's journey into the heart of the city is filled with comedic misadventures.
