Celebrated actress Shwikar stars as Karima, a woman who frets that she is not beautiful enough to find love. When Magdi, the man she loves (Hussein El-Sherbini), marries her sister Nadia (Magda El-Khatib), she falls into the arms of Hussein (Ahmed Khamis), who is recovering from the infidelity of his previous wife. When Karima considers cosmetic surgery to make herself more beautiful, it threatens to upend both relationships.
