The Illusions of Love - أوهام الحب

Naglaa Fathy is Nadia and Youssef Shaaban is Samir, who fall in love at first sight and quickly get married. Their relationship is troubled, however, and his neglect leads her to stray into the arms of his friend. They are truly put to the test by a series of family tragedies that culminate in a dire diagnosis for him.

This film was produced by the public sector cinema of the time. A pink border frames Naglaa and Youssef, who are clearly looking in different directions in their relationship. The poster is neatly composed, and the somber tone is tense and emotional.
