Seven Days in Paradise - سبعة ايام في الجنة
$450.00 $595.00Singer-actress Nagat Al-Saghira is Karawan, who makes a meager living selling jasmine strings alongside her uncle (Amin El-Henedi), an accordion player. A journalist (Adel Imam) looking for an interesting story offers to show them what the high life looks like, if they will pretend to be a millionaire and daughter for one week.
Nagat is shown in a beautiful pink and baby blue dress, alongside her uncle in his street musician's outfit. A framing device of musical notes and spiral designs highlight a monochrome image of Nagat receiving a kiss from a suddenly-interested suitor. The poster design is nicely balanced, with an attractive color palette. The high concept idea of the film makes this poster an intriguing collectible from a prized era in Egyptian film history.
