The Technical Director - المدير الفني

This moral drama, based on French writer Marcel Pagnol's play Topaz, stars iconic Egyptian actor Farid Shawqi as a school teacher who is fired for being too honest. He embraces corruption in his new job as a businessman and earns a fortune for himself and his cronies. When an old love (the beautiful Laila Taher) guides him back toward honesty, his colleagues will stop at nothing to prevent the escape of their cash cow.
