Said, a wealthy businessman desperate to become a father, opts for a controversial medical procedure against better judgment. With the aid of a doctor friend, he undergoes a gland-transplant operation, hoping it will solve his problem. This choice triggers a series of unforeseen and life-altering consequences, challenging his beliefs about fate and the limits of human control. The film, directed by Ali Abdelkhaleq and written by Mahmud Abu Zeid, features a talented cast, including Nour El-Sherif, Hussein Fahmy, and Mahmoud Abdelaziz, and explores themes of desire, contentment, and the unforeseen costs of challenging nature.
